I wish i could give zero stars for misleading me into a FHA loan even though my credit score was above 750.!!! I had suffered a loss of 6K just by taking that loan and now the reason to save themselves they are just saying that customer signed the ack about the loan!!! Pretty bad experience and never even coming back for any business to these guys!!!!

My experience with Indu and her team at Guaranteed Rate Dallas was phenomenal. This was my first home buying experience where Indu time to explain me how the loan process and different types of loan options available.
