Getting a mortgage from this place is the worst decision you will ever make in your life. They tell a bunch of lies to get you to the point of no return then once you get the loan you get a bunch of fees and a bunch of lies to cover up the lies told in the begining

Customers don't come first with them. I'm forced to pay bi weekly or all at once. I want to pay the 1st and the 15th like I did with with my previous two loan providers and they won't allow me to pay over the phone half of the amount, even though I am ahead a month in payments. I tried to pay them through pay my bill and they returned payment because I didn't include my loan number but pay your bill doesn't allow you to send any loan numbers.
