He was super responsive throughout the entire process and took the time to walk through each piece of information so I understood all documentation. Adam made the buying journey simple and seamless. Him and his team are all more than helpful and work very hard to take the pressure off of the buyer. I could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely recommend to any home buyer.
I used Guaranteed Rate and Stephanie Ingram specifically to finance and purchase my first home and I would highly recommend. The service the loan officer Stephanie Ingram provided was excellent. She went above and beyond answering all of my questions and walking me through every step along the way. Stephanie truly cares about her clients experiences. If you need a lender give her a call!
I have both financed, and just refinanced, with Jaime Kinman and the team at Guaranteed Rate in Scottsdale. They did a fantastic job the first time prompting me to return a second - I only went to one lender the second time because I knew how good they are. These folks are fantastic. They are very professional and provide excellent communication and guidance throughout the entire loan process. If you're getting the impression I think Jaime and the Guaranteed Rate team are the best, then I've made my point.
Terrible. Shannon Perrin was asked numerous times to stop sending us spam mail, yet continues to do so. If you want to receive junk mail for the rest of your life, then use this company. I don’t recommend her.
