Absolutley the worst experience we ever had and continue to have.
Rick promised us that our mortgage could be refinanced (and lower payment by $200 per month) 6 months after we closed on our 1st home. When 6 months rolled around, he was hard to get ahold of, and then he told us it wasn't possible to refinance at that time. Guaranteed rate then sold our mortgage. We didn't even know. We found out indirectly while trying to call them again to re-fi. AND, our monthly payment WENT UP $100 / month. Horrible experience. I would not recommend using them.
Chuck was hands down the best part of my home buying process. After starting with another mortgage company and not feeling like that person was there to help us, I received a call from Chuck after filling out a form online. At first I didn’t jump on it right away as I received a bunch of other calls but he didn’t pressure and just said fill out the form online from his website and he will take care of it for us.
