The Representative who came out to my house was excellent. His name is Chris. He came out on short notice and eliminated the massive hornets nest quickly. I am very grateful since I am highly allergic to their stings. Chris was very knowledgeable, patient in explaining what he needed to do and worked very quickly. I was so impressed that I decided to hire their extermination services on an ongoing basis.

I am very pleased to had had Chris remove the Hornet's nests. He made an assessment quickly after becoming aware of the problem I presented. He informed me of pricing, and upon my agreement, he promply put me on the schedule. When he arrived he was courteous, informed me of the steps he would be taking, and I was able to continue with my in home activities with no concern. He left the areas where he worked clean. There is absolutely NO one better than Chris H, 76106. Give him whatever raise he can get at evaluation time. Because if he leaves and goes with another company, it is a CONSENSUS in my office, we're ALL wherever he goes. I have taken the time to submit a review 2 times in my entire life. And that INCLUDES this one. He is always so professional, accommodating and easy to speak and work with.
