Came in on Saturday with no appointment. Got a no bs quote on a muffler and catalytic convertor for my pick up. They installed it within 1 hour. Denise and the crew were great! I am going to get the motor in my jeep replaced there soon? Best garage in Fremont!
I can't say enough about how much we appreciate Allen and his staff at Guaranteed Muffler and brakes. They are honest, reliable, and provide great customer service. (Something you don't always find in the auto repair industry) We use them to maintain our entire fleet and they do everything from a simple oil changes - to tires, brakes, and engine repair. So far there hasn't been anything they haven't been able to fix for us. I highly recommend them.
These guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road (I'm an old woman) same day. The magazines are good, the seating comfortable, the restroom clean, and the diagnosis fast. The mechanic was competent, the price was more than fair - and the repair solid. I have used this shop on and off for years, and my only complaint (four stars vs. five) is that I like my car to be as clean inside when I get it back - as when I drove in.
