If I could give them a negative 0 I would this is by far the worse shipping company . I'm back and forth with this company about my barrels and I'm yet to receive them everytime you call your getting the run around with them every week there is a different excuse why the barrel is not ready. This company is detrimental to any caribbean person sending back home .I'm done with this my lawyer is going to get involved.
I’m gonna tell you right now if my mother doesn’t receive clearance for her barrels that were shipped over THREE months ago. I will not be calling. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I paid extra to have a barrel shipped directly to someone's house; that did not happen. Not only was my package NOT shipped to the address it was supposed to, it was shipped to a completely different shipping company than was written on the invoice I was given. I understand that covid is going on and things are taking longer than normal, but it took more than a month to get any updates. Shipped with them several times and had no issues, when there was a hold up in Jamaica with my shipment I was given direct contact with them in JA and it got cleared up very quickly, so far so good
