I recently had my chimney service and fireplace exhaust by this company and I can honestly say from the initial phone call to the signature of the job they went above and beyond every step of the way. No pressure answered all my questions and provided me with options. I highly recommend this company for any chimney or fireplace needs
My wife and I are new home owners. We had Mike and his team from Guaranteed Home Improvement perform an inspection. Mike was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They replaced our chimney liner, cleaned and waterproofed our chimney and fitted it for a new cap. We were very happy with our experience and would recommend them to others looking for a chimney inspection.
I scheduled a morning appointment yesterday with Charlie. Jory and his partner showed up promptly at 9:00am. Jory took photos which showed the deterioration of the chimney. Jory’s supervisor explained the situation and the fact that I need a liner. I agreed to the job and it was all finished by 11:00am. Job very well done.

I was refer to Guaranteed Home Improvement by Petro Oil Company my oil company for a Chimney Inspection. What a Great Referral!!!
