I am so happy I called you. Your service was highly recommended by my daughter. She was right Vivint could not help me. I was then sent over to trouble shoot with the technician at My Q. The wanted me to jump through hoops that I felt was I was not comfortable to complete. I told them, I needed a someone to come to my home to do the work. Andy came out within about 30 minutes of me texting him so super fast response time. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my garage and had a temporary solution on the spot. What I appreciated most is that he didn’t just do a quick fix and leave, he also offered a solid referral for a long-term repair. Professional, honest, and dependable. Definitely keeping his number saved for future assistance.

My son ran into our garage door and dinged it up pretty bad to the point where it couldn’t close which was a huge safety and security concern. Andy and Jerry came through within 30 minutes, assessed the damage and got right to work! Made it look like nothing ever happened to the garage door! A-1 service and real nice guys. 10/10

Andy was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!! He was at my house within ten minutes of getting off the phone with him describing my situation. I had a new Genie opener installed but the installer couldn't adjust the spring. Andy pointed me directly to the spring, over the phone, had me pull on the spring cable, and it was loose as a goose. Andy was at my garage door within ten minutes, tightened the spring, tested the garage door opener, and it worked perfectly after that. This was after 6PM on a Wednesday night. I have a lot on my mind and stupidly ran into the back of my garage while it was still down. It would work off and on for a few days but one day it just wouldn't respond to the clicker or the door remote. I called Mr Andy and he came out this evening. After about 10 minutes of tugging, banging, and pulling, the garage was coming up and down and responding to the remote. I'm so grateful! Thank you so much!
