Steve was great every step of the way. A storm ripped my eaves and fascia off, and I was provided a same day quote and was booked promptly. The team showed up on time and turned the job around within 2 days. Job site was left clean and the black eavestroughs look slick! They also installed gutter guards as part of the spring promo. I am very happy with the work and the overall experience with Guaranteed Eavestroughing!
Was looking for a quote to replace 25 year old leaky eavestroughs, next day tge owner had come by emailed a quote in writing, and came out this past Monday to do the install with his crew, they were super! Very professional, cleaned up meticulously like you'd never knew they were there...Great company to deal with ..very transparent in their dealings...will definitely recommend to neighbour's looking for this type of work for their hoagain!mes...Great job you Guys!!! Had some flashing come apart overnight in a windstorm, and these guys were here and had it fixed before the other companies even returned my call. Their "competition" was shocked that I wasn't willing to wait a couple of days for them to get around to dealing with such a small job.
Was arranging service for my elderly mother. I received a quote and before moving forward with the service, I asked a few simple questions and got great response and answers but the as I was trying to book a time the owner(?) stopped responding to me. I tried multiple times to get a response both through email and telephone but never received a reply so I ended up booking another company. And 1 year later they respond. Not a month, not a week....a year later. Wow
