Within 2 weeks of quoting we had a new AC at a really great price, the installers were very professional and tidy. 10/10 Would recommend and payment was super easy too.
Called early in the morning, said they would have someone come by today. Called again 330 asked what time will someone be expected. Person did not apologize. Was rude over the phone and said they have no recall of this. Said they can book for monday. No thanks. Lost a customer and will let all my friends know. Do not recommend!
Very bad experience, had no air conditioning for 2 months, yes in month of May and June they weren’t able to fix my AC for 2 months which is still down (i think for 2 months companies can install new systems to multiplex) Anyways they said that they are waiting for parts, so they ordered parts, week later part came in ,but broken They ordered again its already been 10 days My concern is why they don’t have in stock, if not they should have at-least 1-2 parts in spare, its an HVAC company or just DIY Very frustrating unprofes... read more
