We’ve used Guaranteed Climate & Refrigeration for all our HVAC needs since we bought our home, and they’ve been fantastic every time. We hit the jackpot with Adam when our company’s (Tinto) wine refrigerator went down and started smelling of an electrical issue. We came across Adam by accident, but quickly realized he was the guy we needed. He was on it and finished within an hour. Great attitude, efficient, reasonable, and not afraid of challenge. Adam, Erik and the other Adam installed a new gas pack for me and I'm very happy with the results. After Adam checked out my old unit, it was cost prohibitive to repair. The NEXT DAY, I had my new unit installed and heat back on. I thought the price was very fair and the install job was fantastic. They'll be the only ones doing PM work on my new system. Very happy!!
