The technician doing the work was absolutely excellent! My carpeted floor & 3 recliners came out beautiful! He was very knowledgeable in determining what fabric was on each chair so it could be cleaned properly.
I have been with this company since they bought my cleaner out over 18 months ago. The cleaners are very good but even though they give you a time slot, they have had frequent issues of not arriving in that time slot. My complaint is they also don't inform you they are running late. I'm not talking 15 minutes late; I've had one time they were about 3 hours late, but several times 45 min to 1 hour late.
