I had previously given a 5 star review because I appreciated the hard work and trying to finish the job that the workers were doing. However, apparently the job took longer and more chemicals than they were expecting to use... and they were already running late and needed to get to the next job. Since it was taking longer, the owner wanted to charge me $100 more... One of there vans was in a turning lane on the highway and crossed the solid line to get back in traffic right in front of me (55 mph highway) I locked up my brakes and barley avoided hitting him) however everything in my car went flying and cracked my touchscreen. He would not stop and threw his hands up like oh well. Called the main number for these people and no response to my voicemail. Easy scheduling. Great customer service. Stain is gone and carpet looks great!
They did an amazing job cleaning rugs and our carpet! It looks so much better and the price was great. They were also very nice to chat with and were very nice to our dog :)
I was going to use this service until I talked to them.. so unprofessional. And the filth that they employ there is not surprising considering who owns it. Would give ZERO stars if I could. Glad I didn’t waste my time OR money!
