Very snotty on the phone when called. No business for them from me. The guy answering the phone was reportedly very rude and condescending to us when we called for an estimate. Not that the person doesn't know about cars. :)
Customer Service Isnt very good. Their Not very knowledgeable about repairs unless there is a computer close by them. The dealer Charged me less than they quoted me for my repairs. I wouldnt go back to them if they paid me.
