Great friendly place.
We did business off and on as needed with these fellas over our 53+ years in business. We will never again use them as a result of the most recent occurrence with them. Not only did they apparently intentionally charge us for and send us a wrong part but refused over the course of 6 months and 20+ calls to make good on our refund due. I went to atland recycling down the road first and they could not scrap the vehicle I was scrapping. I was weighed out at atland recycling and had my weight. I then took the load to Guaranteed to scrap it and have no clue how my load lost almost 200 lbs just going down the street from one place to the other. I will have to say Guaranteed has some janky scales that you can't even see what you're being weighed. Very curious as to why their scales weighed so much less then all the other places around.
