They say they have parts and they're going to call when its out. Then never call back. Terrible customer service. What a joke. I should have known not to waste my time with this company by reading the other reviews and seeing a grown man referring to himself as "spider". What a clown.
Recently went to Guaranteed Auto &Truck to pick up a motor for my boss, upon pulling in after my 2hour drive I was met by Steve and one of his yard hands. Very pleasant and courteous. They asked me if they could help me, told them what and why I was there and within 10 mins after arrival I was loaded and ready to go. After securing my load I had to check my oil, transmission fluid etc etc. As I was doing so the owner Steve came over making sure I was ok and if I needed anything or help. Had a jeep picked up by them, had a small bumb in the road but the office manager rectified the problem the driver Robert was quick professional and took extra precautions not to break my water line.
