Was able to get appointments for out of province inspection, tire change, and wheel alignment quickly and the costs were lower than expected. Front desk person (Marichu) was polite, informative, friendly, and helpful as was the mechanic I spoke to. Would recommend strongly.
I wanted to express my appreciation for mariechu's excellent customer service. Her dedication to assisting customers is truly commendable, and I hope she continues to thrive. Similarly, asky's mechanical skills are also very impressive, making them an asset to the team. Both individuals consistently demonstrate a high level of professionalism. The company is fortunate to have such capable and dedicated employees. Highly Recommended.
I’m not sure why this had to become such an issue. I spent a ton of money at Krave auto (local Toyota specialist and another off road shop) Final thing needed was an alignment. I replaced and spent $600 on a brand new SPC upper ball joint set at KRAVE which was installed perfect fine. I had to bring my truck in to guaranteed auto shop 3 times and my truck still isn’t “aligned” properly. Each time I called it was like I was the problem..
