The only thing that these guys guarantee in poor service and doing a half baked job. I have nothing good to says about them. I would give them no stars if it was an option..
All I needed was for my dryer to be side-vented; they said it would be no more than seventy-five bucks. When I picked it up, they said they changed the belt and the felt (there is no felt in that dryer), they charged me a full hundred. Now my dryer overheats and will not work. On top of that, the venting job was shotty at best. They used household aluminum foil and did not re-affix the appliance properly. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR PROPERTY.
I have never had worse customer service. I bought a washer and dryer. They delivered them. The delivery man was inept, because he couldn't even connect the appliances. After I connected them, we did a test run and the washer started spraying water from an internal leak. They then took the washer back and left the dryer uninstalled. They had no other washer so we wanted a refund. Simple, right? We show up and the owner said he would consider only refunding the cost of the washer, not the delivery on it or even the sales tax! ... read more
We have bought all our appliances here. Fast friendly service. I would never buy any were else. I would recommend to anyone shop here first it will be your only appliance choice after that, prices are great.
