Very unprofessional and rude to my mother in law, commented on her jewelry stating it was basically worthless. She went elsewhere and got $2500 for it. Don't waste your time with incompetence.

I’m not sure why I went back other than being convenient (closer to where I live).because all the times I’ve been here they are very rude. They have never fixed my jewelry claiming it’s not worth fixing. I’ve taken 7 watches to get batteries replaced and it was fine. This time I decided to replace my own watch battery and then cldnt get back on. I did bend it trying to get it on but he did not need to give me the third decree and treat a 61 yr old woman like a 5 yr old. I definitely will not be going back!!!
