Harry was absolutely great! I had an issue that I suspected could be a damaged wire connecting to one of the cameras, so I contacted Guarantee Intercom & Fire Alarm and scheduled an appointment to get a quote. Harry came on time and spent an half an hour going over all the details of the system, making sure nothing is left uninspected. He came today to install a garage keypad, and his work was fantastic. The price he charged was more than fair. I plan on calling him for other home projects as well, considering he mentioned he can handle them too.

These guys are the best you will find in Astoria! And they can do it all when it comes to security system installation. They are professional, skilled, timely, and gentle human beings. I had Guarantee Intercom & Fire Alarm wire a whole new office for us, following crazy codes and restrictions (Medical office) we now a nicely labeled and functioning office. Called for intercom repair, ended up hiring Guarantee to install new camera system for us. So if you wonder if they do other things, know that they do it all. High level pros that has the ability to work on every security system.
