My husband and I bought a 2015 Kia Soul from Lloyd Edward at the Galax Guarantee Auto. We bought it on Feb. 28th. We didn’t even make it 10mins away from there before it started misfiring. It then was bounced back and forth 4 times between 3 different mechanics. For an entire month! Longer than a month actually. Lloyd paid for the catalytic converter. Trying to take vehicle back now, they keep telling me transmission is fine,takes a long time to go into gear,rpm gauge not working transmission not working great,and check engine light is on.
Lloyd done great job getting is into a vehicle. I love my 2012 jeep. I loved taking the picture with Henry also he's a good dog.
