Terry (owner) is very responsive and helpful. Technicians, Byron, Tyler, and Shane were polite, friendly, helpful, professional and patient, explaining details to me so I could understand servicing. I HIGHLY recommend Guarantee AC.
What a great call! Spoke with Terry and not only had my pertinent question answered comprehensively and from an intelligent physics perspective (refreshing!), but some extra info on Vog effects on pulmonary issues. I think he could moonlight as a healer!!!! Most definitely my GO-TO for knowledgeable Air Conditioning issues again in the future. Sooo grateful Terry - thanks!
Terry was super responsive to our request and tried his best to accommodate even our last-min request. Our AC system was really old so we ended up to change out the entire system and Terry & his team also took care of that. Highly recommended and we would come back to Terry for any AC issue in future.
