Terry was great! Came out same day to see about the issue with my AC and did repair next day. So glad I called them! Thank you
The good: Terry came out to my business within 24 hours of contacting the property manager. He is the A/C serviceman for my building. The bad: Overcharged, poor communication, and unwilling to do larger repairs if needed. The day prior to Terry coming out, I was quoted for replacement of capacitor $350 for part + 200 for labor. The part cost $20 in Kahului, so I purchased it and swapped it out myself. It took 5 minutes. The A/C still wouldn't work when I turned it back on.
