DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. First they charge $225 just to look at the problem. Then they charged us another $225 for work that we did not authorize and which did not solve the problem with our AC. Then they threaten us with sending it to collections when we refused to pay for the work that we did not authorize and which did not repair the problem.

The good: Terry came out to my business within 24 hours of contacting the property manager. He is the A/C serviceman for my building. The bad: Overcharged, poor communication, and unwilling to do larger repairs if needed. The day prior to Terry coming out, I was quoted for replacement of capacitor $350 for part + 200 for labor. The part cost $20 in Kahului, so I purchased it and swapped it out myself. It took 5 minutes. The A/C still wouldn't work when I turned it back on.
