The good: Terry came out to my business within 24 hours of contacting the property manager. He is the A/C serviceman for my building. The bad: Overcharged, poor communication, and unwilling to do larger repairs if needed. The day prior to Terry coming out, I was quoted for replacement of capacitor $350 for part + 200 for labor. Spoke with Terry and not only had my pertinent question answered comprehensively and from an intelligent physics perspective (refreshing!), but some extra info on Vog effects on pulmonary issues.
