Very disappointed with our experience at Guan LS Auto Service. The foreman came to collect our car and brought it to the workshop, but we were never informed upfront that RM80 would be charged for bringing the car there. We only found out about the charge afterwards. What is more frustrating is that we were told they needed to carry out various checks and confirm the problem first. Do alignment and tyre there. Very good service and got free give. Good price and friendly.
If you are looking for honest car mechanics, this is the place. Sent my car in to change tyres, the boss did not try to upsell me and quoted me with a reasonable price. The boss is also friendly and helpful as he gave advice on how to maintain my tyres to have a longer lifespan.
