The process of checking in at one desk, waiting, then going to another room and waiting again, sometimes over 2 hours beyond the appointment time- after being told to come 30 minutes early, is the worst check in process I have ever seen. It is an unbelievable, chaotic mess, that stresses me out days in advance regarding how much of my work day I know will be wasted for no reason. Please fix it, for everyone’s sake.
First time for this kind of service when u arrive u go to a reception area and do paperwork and then go to get your MRI and other services
8 days .. same message everyday... patient ended up having emergency surgery with septic shock. Good job Guam radiology. Is there any other place a patient can go? Even a rating of one star is too much.
Kelani the receptionist was in a bitter mood and made no attempt to hide it. Kristine, Yoko, & Tiana were exceptional.
