Kelani the receptionist was in a bitter mood and made no attempt to hide it. Kristine, Yoko, & Tiana were exceptional.
Accompanied my grandma to her appointment and I was surprised by the level unprofessionalism of the front staff toward other patients. Patients are shown attitude and their families aren’t treated well either. No one deserves to be spoken to in a degrading manner.
I first called on April 4th and began seeing NP Sullivan for issues with my left leg. She ordered several tests and ultimately confirmed that I have varicose veins, which can be treated. She suggested an additional test to rule out any blockage that could affect my heart. I initially agreed but later declined since I had already undergone the same test at GRMC. The lady named Jerry at the nurses station is Passive Aggressive. Even politely asking her questions and she gives you a condescending tone of voice. Her facial expressions are unpleasant, as if she hates being bothered.
