The lady named Jerry at the nurses station is Passive Aggressive. Even politely asking her questions and she gives you a condescending tone of voice. Her facial expressions are unpleasant, as if she hates being bothered.
Dr. Berg and his assistant (regretfully I did not get her name) are AMAZING. I had a virtually painless HSG. I was terrified after googling about the procedure, but he made me feel incredibly informed, comfortable, and confident in his abilities. He is very knowledgeable about women’s health and the pain we often experience with such procedures, and does everything he can to minimize discomfort. I would give zero stars. They cancelled my pregnancy anatomy scan (which is needed between 18-22 weeks of pregnancy) a DAY before and did not give me any option but an availability in 3 weeks which would put me at 24 weeks pregnant then. I voiced out my concern a few too many times. There was no empathy or no professionalism.
