I would give zero stars. They cancelled my pregnancy anatomy scan (which is needed between 18-22 weeks of pregnancy) a DAY before and did not give me any option but an availability in 3 weeks which would put me at 24 weeks pregnant then. I voiced out my concern a few too many times. There was no empathy or no professionalism.
Guam radiology has Great customer service particularly Jennalyn who was able to help schedule and showed me a better comprehensive understanding of my appointment. 10/10 would recommend her and the services of Guam radiology
If I could do 0 stars I would. I’ve had two appointments here, and this second one will be my last. Both times I scheduled for 07:00 and they asked I be here at 6:45. THE TECHNICIANS DON’T EVEN ROLL IN UNTIL 8! First time I was here from 6:45-9:30. Second time, AKA today it is 8:07 and they are just now making the call “Hey, there is a 7 a.m, and 7:30 a.m” Take your business, health, time and insurance to another reputable place where they will respect your time. Guam Radiology, please just don’t waste people’s time.
