Avoid Guajardo Turf Farms. Our builder paid for Tifway 419 Bermuda but received a patchy mix of different grasses. The difference is obvious, and they denied the issue and refused to fix it. Poor quality and zero accountability.

Looks to be like a family ran business everyone there was curteous and helped me right away. I'm no grass expert but the two pallets I bought were good with most of the squares intact and sturdy, grass looked freshly cut and and still green and best of all my client was happy after installation. Overall a good experience for being my first time buying from this place.
