I had a very bad exeprience here. I was looking to get the inplanon arm bar. When I called to ask if they provided this service, the front desk woman assured me they did over the phone. When I came in for my appointment, they pressured me to take a pregnancy test and take off all my clothes. I was like excuse me I'm only here for the arm bar? I felt very uncomfortable.
