Visited this facility for the first time and was greeted by Silvia at the front desk. She is FANTASTIC! Well dressed and what a multi tasker! She’s also a CNA here and based off of my interaction with her, she has compassion on her patients
They don't answer the phones besides that, it's an okay place
My husband had no "choice" in being placed in your facility, neither he nor I was consulted regarding his placement there. While there he was left to lay in his bed 24/7,no call lights were answered when he needed to get up to the bathroom so thusly was left laying in urine. I've been a nurse for 55yrs an just recently retired when we moved here 2 1/2 yrs ago. Once he was placed in your facility a doctor who didn't know him was thusly in charge of his care and refused to listen to me regarding taking him home where I and my ... read more
