am compelled to share my experience with Guadalupe Valley Nursing & Rehab Center, where my mother was admitted following knee surgery. Unfortunately, the care she received was far from satisfactory and raised several concerns regarding her health and well-being. **Decline in Physical Activity** My mother’s physical activity declined rapidly during her stay. Visited this facility for the first time and was greeted by Silvia at the front desk. She is FANTASTIC! Well dressed and what a multi tasker! She’s also a CNA here and based off of my interaction with her, she has compassion on her patients
They don't answer the phones besides that, it's an okay place
