Guadalupe country Court is the worst, or it may be all of Texas. You can have disabilities and no money or transportation and they still expect you to go to court or pay your doctors office to write a letter saying you're not capable of going. Those letters cost $20 or more, for people with no income that is a lot of money. Then when a one way trip is over 30 miles they expect you to pay to get there or what. Walk and make your kids walk? Arrived not knowing what to expect (we all know how govt offices can be), but was very pleasantly surprised. Shelby helped me out & was very friendly and made the process of updating a title painless.
By far the least offensive government office I've ever visited. Very friendly and helpful staff.
