Guadalupe county is going down hill. The cops will pull you over at any convenience and then lie about your insurance being expired. You will get a ticket for expired insurance even if it is up-to-date. You can call the lady's but why will give you misinformation just to get you off the phone. You will see the judge and show him insurance was up-to-date and that they're scanner messed up but he will threaten you to pay $300 or suspended your license. Best passport experience ever , having traveled in different states as a military family . Staff and the gentleman that assisted us was very professional/ patient with our 2 young children. Definitely recommend this location !
Very helpful! I thought I had my life together to get a new passport, buuuut I did not. Not to worry, James in the office was a big help. He was pleasant, could handle my silly, and got me back on track. I do appreciate the help, getting me in quick, and everyone in the office answering phones!
