Unfortunately this is the worse I guess we can say “hospital” for animals which they should be called a clinic instead if they are just going to go base appointments and not emergency’s . Today I was in their with my dog to get his shots and I was there watching a puppy die on them . They didn’t do anything about it . Took my sweet baby to be checked out for having issues with his throat.. he was giving two shots and a antibiotic and was told he had fleas which he did not we paid for a flea shampoo! Went back for a follow up appt dr a week later dr used comb and stated that my pets fleas were gone due to using the shampoo! Mind you we did NOT use the shampoo!!! But was told the shampoo worked. My name is Ruben Martinez, I took my dog, chulo on 1/9/2017 to the clinic because he wasn't eating and walking. The doctor told me that they would have to keep him over night, so I left him but when I went back to drop off some items Chulo was in a small crate and scared with urine on him. I complain but wanted him to get better so I left him so he can get treated!
