NOTE: This location is closed. It doesn't co me up on Guac's website now in their locations list. (I just tried to place an order and found out. I ended up picking it up in Stouffville.) You get a "this number is not in service" recording if you phone.
Food was underwhelming. I ordered a large burrito, and my friend in front ordered a regular, he got 2 scoops of cheese and when I asked for a second (figured a large should get more of everything) he insisted on charging me extra. Not to mention he was miserable, no smile on his face. Will not return.

Horrible hospitality, although the published closing time is 9pm the uncourteous staff chose to close down at 8:15 while the OPEN sign was still on.
I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a bowl with chicken, rice, salad, corn, and other ingredients. Unfortunately, I found the food to be quite tasteless. It didn’t seem like they used any seasoning at all, which made the dish underwhelming. The chicken and rice, in particular, could have used much more flavor. I wasn’t too impressed with the meal overall. I hope the restaurant sees this feedback and considers adding more seasoning to their dishes to improve the taste.
