Very chaotic place. When I was put in the room, the PA came in and never ask for my name. Started taking about my kidney stones, which I don't have. After 5 minutes she realized she was in the wrong room. Instead of continuing to see me, she went to see the other pt. I was supposed to have a cystoscope done. They NEVER scheduled it. I have a urine culture sent out. I sent request , and called several times for my results, and NEVER got them. Will NOT be turning and will let others know what a terrible office this is.
If you want to get seen in 6 months this is the place for you. If you want to see the Physician's Assistant instead of the actual doctor, then this is the place to go. If never want to hear the results from kidney stones or your urinalysis, then please go to this office. If you want to be charged $35 dollars for missing your appointment (emergency or not) then I highly recommend calling this office as soon as possible.
