Hood selection is horrible
Bought a new shield and a wire brush and got a $6 “ hazardous material “ charge which they claimed they add to all invoices. I asked if I bought a soapstone if they would add $6 the customer service rep said yes. They didn’t have any extra cover plates for the new shield in stock either. Just sayin’
