I went there doubting the service and came out a raving fan. Everyone there was extremely above and beyond nice. The therapist was so gentle, I didn't even realize how much they were making a positive difference. For the first time since the accident I can sit peacefully without pain. The therapist took the time and patience to draw diagrams, and thoroughly explain to me what was happening. It made me extremely comfortable when I didn't expect to be. I absolutely love the therapists at GTS, they got me walking again when I thought there was little to no hope.
The staff here are all friendly and truly care about you. They have gone above and beyond to help me feel better.
The staff are very professional and courteous, they treat you with the best kindness I have ever received at a therapist. They gear everything that they do to your abilities, they are not cookie cutter wham bam thank you ma'am people. If you're in Mammoth Spring or surrounding area and need physical therapy they are the best and they have been long needed in Mammoth Spring. Keep up the good work people and Godspeed in all you do.
