We had a new AC installed in Oct. The solder joint on discharge line broke and all of the Freon leaked out in Feb. We have tried several times to get in touch with GTS and they will not call back. We had to use the service of another company to fill the Freon and fix the joint at a cost of 633.00. The warranty on the unit is only as good as the company honoring it. I will assume they are no longer in business.

I had a delightful experience with this company, the technician/owner arrived in time. He went the extra mile when installing our new AC unit, checked the other unit and left the job site impeccable. I surely recommend them.
