Great customer service, very helpful for parts and service, and they deliver!
Ken, Rich, and Jim are amazing! They truly have been so kind and supportive. We just purchased a new house and never had experience with a coal stove before and these guys have been amazing! Jim took my phone call on a Friday after hours to talk me through getting it started. Ken took the time to explain soo much and has been so educational, and Rich was so supportive and was able to help/ answer my questions when he came to deliver our coal for the season!
