This place is amazing! They care about cars and people. I appreciate how helpful, kind, and understanding they have always been. Everything has always been explained clearly and no up-selling. I am grateful we have found this place.
We picked up something in our truck tire on 44 on our way down to Branson MO. Our tire was losing air very quickly, we pulled off on an exit and just happened to see a shop that had quite a few tires sitting outside, so we pulled in and he was able to get our tire fixed within about an hour. We were very thankful that he squeezed us into his schedule. The young man that fixed it was very nice.
We were on a 12 hour road trip and the heat hose on my ram 1500 sprung a leak. We lost almost all the coolant and were not far off from getting stranded. Pulled into GT’s on a whim. They were backed up for the day and STILL managed to come out and take a look. They ended up squeezing us in, had someone run the parts over and got us up and running within a few hours. They've always done right by me even helping me out when I was in a bind. Always fast always friendly always honest. Have brought my cars back to them many times.
This is the most honest car repair shop you could hope for. Tom and his guys are knowledgeable and friendly. Tom always takes the time to explain what he's doing to customers. He makes recommendations based on what's right for the car and the customer, not what will make him money. Prices are extremely reasonable, and the work is always done well.
