The chairs are comfortable and versatile to suit a range of postural preferences and individual anthropometries. A little on the expensive side, but worth it. I've had mine for three years, been through a move and 35-lb-weight change with it, and had zero issues to speak of.
I ordered a specific product and the page does not specify that this product was shipped directly from China. In addition, free shipping was offer, which is great but I do not have an option to pick which local carrier to have it delivered. This product is stuck with a carrier called UniUni which is the same company that delivers Temu and Shein products. I have ordered it on August 2nd and I still have not received it.
