I ordered a specific product and the page does not specify that this product was shipped directly from China. In addition, free shipping was offer, which is great but I do not have an option to pick which local carrier to have it delivered. This product is stuck with a carrier called UniUni which is the same company that delivers Temu and Shein products. I have ordered it on August 2nd and I still have not received it. When contacting Gtracing about this issue, they redirected me to UniUni to resolve it. What a poor customer... read more

I was gifted the gtracing grey theater reclining chair. Have had it 3 months. Squeeks like crazy waking my 4 momth old up every time i move. This is my 3rd gtracing chair this one ruined it. Ive tried oiling it making sure everythings tight and the way it should be. I weight 125 pounds theres no reason for this. Do not buy anything from these people its junk

I had this on my list for some time after doing research on chairs. It had good reviews and the price was very competitive. Finally decided to purchase the item, it arrived a lot sooner then expected! The shipping box was rugged and packaging was secured inside as well. The assembly was easy and took me about 30 minutes to put together, instructions are straightforward. The quality from what I can tell so far is great, the stitching and feel are very solid.
