Jeff saved the day. My AC unit stopped working at my property and I called another HVAC company in town who said my unit is no good and needs to be replaced which would’ve cost over $4500 dollars!! He came out and found the problem on my system after pressure testing it and replacing a value and for less than half the cost of a new AC got my unit up and running. If it wasn’t for Jeff I would have been out of nearly $5000 by purchasing a new unit when all my existing unit needed was a recharge. Very happy with the service.
Our furnace broke Christmas Eve morning, we called 7-8 repair service companies and GTR not only answered but they came the same day. Was near impossible to fix the same day but they went above and beyond in more ways then one to get us some sort of heat in the house knowing we were away on vacation the next day. They also repaired the furnace while away and we happily came home to a very very warm house and are extremely thankful for the service we received.
