As a senior and a widow money is hard to come by and so is good help these days. Jeff came to the rescue. He did a full inspection of not only the furnace but my water tank. He worked his magic and now I have some peace of mind for the winter. Thank you!!!!
I wish I could give zero star. I had an appointment through Enercare, Jeff called me and fixed it for 12:30pm, but showed up at 10am while I was still at work. Never accepted that he was wrong. Very unprofessional, liar and rude to deal with. Stay away from this business ❌
This guy is really rude. Really rough guy needs customer service training. Will surprise you with a bunch of extra charges
I had the misfortune of getting a return call from the gentleman. I described the issue and mentioned that I was going downstairs. The guy starts yelling at me and insinuates that i was being sarcastic throughout the call while I had done nothing of the sort. This is completely unprofessional and uncalled for. How a technician can start yelling and berating a customer for describing the issue is beyond me. I would not recommend this company's services.
This fella is extremely rude. Performed a service call for us, the issue persisted after his work. Called for a 2nd service call, I pushed back and challenged his theory. He instantly got extremely angry, told me to call someone else and hung up on me. Not a very friendly, I would call someone else.
