I’ve been a longtime customer of Ray, the owner of GTO, Bensenville. and I am extremely disappointed with my recent expediences. I first brought my Cadillac truck in because the check engine light was on. The mechanics couldn’t figure out the problem and told me a tuneup was needed after paying $800, the check engine was still on and come to find out the issue was simply a loose wire. First time there, but sure will be back. Knowledgeable, honest, helpful, compatible prices. Way boats the dealer "special offer" Highly recommended.
I went this morning regarding my battery light on...they figured it out and figured since im here might as well get oil change done too...Ray is very reasonable and fair regarding prices...I will definitely go back and recommend to others....btw was at shop 4m 8:30am was out by 10:20am way b4 12 o'clock lunch time....the guys are all respectful and easy to speak with...thanks GTO 4 your help Paulina
