A friend recommended GTM Auto Repair to me when I was looking for a mechanic to fix an issue with my car not reaching the proper temperature at the right time, and I’m so glad I went there. Evandro, who worked on my car, kept me updated throughout the entire process and always sent me videos showing exactly what he was fixing. He also identified a few other issues and sent videos explaining them, which I found very honest and transparent. I really appreciated the communication and professionalism. My car is running great now... read more
We were driving to Maine to drop off our daughter's car with her. Our car started to slow down and then speed up and to shake. We pulled off the highway into a small city, Haverhill, where we knew nobody. We searched Google for a reputable mechanic and inched our way to GTM Auto Repair. The mechanic was a nice man from Brazil. He checked our car, diagnosed the problem, and immediately fixed our car and sent us on our way. We regret that we are not closer to GTM Auto Repair as we live several hours away. If you live nearby, ... read more
I will recommend anyone that has car troubles to go to this shop. When I was traveling yesterday from Mass back to maine, I started having trouble with my ram. He was the closet shop to me that pulled up on Google and let me tell you they helped me out right away. The owner ordered the part I needed and got me back on the road this morning. Huge shout out to you guys at GTM AUTO . Very pleased with the service and the price. By the way they replaced a wheel barring for me .
Great shop, 1st time customer, they got me in quickly within a couple of days and the job was done at a fair price. A V6 Honda timing belt/water pump job with and all the engine seals etc. isn't a quick, easy job. I shopped around a few places and I feel like I paid a very fair, honest price. I'll be a returning customer. 1 thing to note, of you pay by card there is an extra small fee, but no big deal. Thank you guys.
Great mechanics and super honest. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. He fixed my baby the same way he would fix his own car. Super detail oriented and truly took care of my car. Once you know them you can tell they really love cars as I do!
