Never purchased a phone. Don't know anyone in jail and they charged my debit card $21. I'm going to fight this !!!
I’ve never done business with this people, as far as I know this is a service for calling inmates. I’ve never even done that, yet I was charged 45$ out of my debit card, I haven’t even used that card in over a year, I don’t know how they got access to that information.
Service sucks ! A 20-30 min call $3 & $4 if u upload money by phone while your love one on call they take $7.67 and don't reimburse you for another following call. One call is $7.67 while your love one is on the call and you managed to come through before being disconnected and if the call breaks up u won't be refunded at all. A lady told me part of the $7 was on hold and they just either was taking $3 or $4 the rest would be refunded that wasn't true. They took the whole thing. I don't mind spending money.
