I was very excited at first to find out that GTI had help me to find a suite with a kitchen in a resort in Hawaii on February 25, 2016 which was advertise in VRBO and Homeaway as available. I asked the representative several times to make sure that this was not a mistake and she assured me that we were booked so I went ahead with the payment to GTI.
