Wanted to share my excellent experience with GTG RV Rentals. We rented a Class C RV in very nice condition at the end of July for a week-long trip. Unfortunately, within 24 hours I accidentally damaged the RV, which left us stranded north of St. Louis. The incident was completely my fault and forced us to end our trip just as it had begun. We rented one of GTG’s large RVs for our road trip vacation and it was great! From booking, to drop, off Dustin was super helpful and informative. The RV was stocked with everything you would need and was very clean. GTG and Dustin are very professional and all costs were explained up front, and even provided guides and YouTube videos if there was a question on how things work or if any issues arises; overall everything was well thought out and covered all bases. Absolutely incredible customer service and quality work! I’ve taken my RV to Dusty twice already. The first time I had a blow out that destroyed my whole fender making a hole through the floor and he and his team did a phenomenal job on fixing it! It looked like nothing had happened straight from the dealer. The second time I over loaded my Toyhauler and bent both axles, my fridge cabinet warped because of the cheap particular wood the makers use. Excellent! The GTG team was great to work with. They went out of their way to make sure our trailer was delivered and picked up exactly when we needed, and it was set up perfectly. When our first choice trailer we was not available to rent, they recommended another that would meet our needs and it was perfect. Truly caring and honest family owned business. We look forward to renting with them again!

We had a terrific experience renting an RV for spring break from GTG. The RV was in excellent condition, clean, and had no problems on our trip. The folks at GTG were accommodating and easy to work with. We traveled with our kiddos to a few different state parks in the Hill Country and had a fantastic trip!
