I’m very disappointed with the lack of honesty from this shop. My invoice from last year clearly stated that an OEM oil filter was used. However, during my most recent oil change at another shop, I was informed that the filter installed was actually a low-quality aftermarket unit made in Vietnam — not OEM as billed.
