Had an installation done by David Lopez today and the service provided was exceptional. He was very professional and helped answer any questions I had. His customer service skills were amazing, he made sure I knew how to use the system and was comfortable using it before he left. Would recommend him to anybody!
I had to call Gteck for an emergency service. Our front door was not opening via the A-phone's or our fobs. I needed the door to be working so our families and the staff could enter the centre in the morning. David arrived and it was long after he said everything was up and running. I tried the door before he left and it was back up and working. Thanks David. Like the previous time, David was polite and diligent in doing his work.
I am the manager of a small not-for-profit low rent apartment building (business does not have a gmail account). Gteck has been looking after video, entry & alarm systems for us for a long time. As Fitch, and then Gteck, they have always provided good & competent service until their last two visits. The tech arrived with malfunctioning test equipment, spent four hours telling me our systems are too old (10-12 years), he does not know anything about them, and fixed nothing. The Technician was very thorough, he explained everything he needed to do, and everything he did to complete the repair. He was very knowledgeable and also very polite. 4 stars only because no one showed up on the originally scheduled appointment, but definitely a 5 star technician. Thanks GTECK
