I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Before renting, I was told that if another driver hit my vehicle and I was not at fault, I would not be responsible for the costs. I have written evidence of these statements. Despite this, after another driver without insurance crashed into my vehicle, I was charged anyway. Visited for a Car Engine Check Light. Not recommending this place! The person started doing the job, he put a new thermo sensor, did a coolant flush, and gave me a bill of $300+, I asked what was the issue - and he got angry. I have the rights to ask because I pay my money. He said its all good. Then I asked was it the sensor, he said “No”, but why charged me for that? He did a coolant flush also, then I ask why that.
