I was very disappointed with my experience. The business completed repairs on my car but failed to inform me that the crash bar, located directly next to the repaired area, was broken. Given its visibility, it's hard to believe this was simply overlooked. Had we been made aware, we would have reconsidered going ahead with the repair and likely put the money toward a safer vehicle.
