Our experience with GTEC Auto Center has been extremely disappointing. Getulio purchased a Bilstein DampTronic strut from us for a BMW M3 and returned a different, completely unlabeled Bilstein shock in its place. The original product has not been returned, and we have not been reimbursed for it. Zero communication from Getulio. He filed a return request on eBay stating he "just didn't like it", we provided him a full refund and he sent a different product back. Getulio helped me on a Friday afternoon, almost after work hours. I lost my car key and didn't have a spare, he towed my car and fixed it the next day, it was great service!
