Corporate business model not good for a service industry.
Worst customer service...bloody scam & robbers. Took money for 1 hour session and provided service for less than 15 minutes. Prior to booking i discussed my case in detail and i was given assurance by the lawyer that i would get experienced lawyer for case discussion & recommendation- memo for court case. guess what.I got trainee lawyer who even couldn't provide recommendation & suggestion. spent less than 15 mins and she said she cant provide any recommendation/suggestions. also no notes or memo given to me. refuse to refun... read more
