I am the property owner of the residence where this individual operates the business. My experience as a landlord has not been positive. The individual managing this business (the tenant) has not followed the terms of our rental agreement and has been conducting activities at the property without our authorization, which has caused some challenges on my end. Based on my personal experience, I am not able to recommend this business.
